Weekend Meal : Coconut noodle aka Laksa in Burmese Style

My youngest nephew said to her mom that he want to eat soup that he ate in my 2nd sister house.. it is Coconut Noodle 🍜 Because of his request, we decided to cook Coconut noodle this weekend. The taste of Coconut noodle in Burmese style is as same as Laksa from Singapore.

I fried Kidney bean with glutinous rice powder, we called it in Myarmar, မႏၲေလးပဲေၾကာ္ 🍪🍪🍪
